Golf PinPilot
By using Golf PinPilot (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app is a golf assistant providing GPS distances, weather, scorekeeping, statistics, shot clips and multiplayer rounds. Distances and weather are estimates and are provided for guidance only — they are not guaranteed to be accurate.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Do not misuse the app: no illegal, harmful or infringing content in clips or profiles, and no attempts to disrupt the service or access other users’ data without permission.
You keep ownership of the clips and data you create. You grant us the limited right to store and display this content so the app can work, including sharing it with players you invite to a multiplayer round.
Course corrections you submit may be shared anonymously with other users to improve shared course data.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on distances, weather, or other information in the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
